Pricing

At Georgia Stitching, we strive to make our custom order pricing as simple as possible.  Here is how it works:

1. If you have your own artwork, there is a one time setup fee for digitizing (converting your artwork to a format that can be embroidered).  This is typically around $40.00 for a design 10,000 stitches or less.  We will quote the price to convert your artwork for FREE.

2. In-house design consultation and logo design using stock artwork is FREE.

3. Designs are stitched at a rate of $1.00 per 1,000 stitches. (min. $5 per design.  Contact us for rates for customer supplies blank items and contract work.)

4. Adding a second embroidery to one item usually adds between $3.00-$7.00 (such as a name on the back of a hat, or a logo on a shirt sleeve).

5. There is no minimum order.

6. Pricing in printed and on-line catalogs is ASI "Case Quantity/Retail Price" for the item only (no embroidery services or discounts applied).  Contact us for exact price quotes.

7. Volume discounts are applied on multiples of a single item (you can mix colors and sizes, where applicable) as follows:

1 to 19 = Unit Price

20 to 49 = 10% Off

50 - 99 = 15% Off

100 - 199 = 20% Off

200 and up = 25% Off

Typical Item Prices

This list is just provided as a general guide to give you some 'ballpark' ideas of item prices.  We will give exact quotes on the exact items you choose.

6 Panel Baseball Hats (100% cotton, cotton twill) - $13.00

Golf Shirts (basic 7-8oz cotton) - $20.00

Golf Shirts (Designer) - $27-32.00

Denim Shirts - $30.00

Sweatshirts (heavyweight cotton/fleece) - $25.00

Jackets - $45.00-Up

Order Process

So, just how does all this work?  Here are the steps:

1. Submit your artwork to us.  We will give you a FREE quote for the artwork digitizing/setup fee.  This usually takes 1-2 days.  (This is a one time fee.  Once on file, we can use it over and over)

2. While we are quoting the artwork, shop our catalog for the items you would like embroidered.  You can request pricing quotes right from the catalog.  If you do not see what you want in our online catalog, just ask us.  We can get most anything.

3. We will send you a FREE quote for the items you want embroidered.

4. Once payment is received for the artwork setup, we will have the digitizing work performed, and a sample of the actual embroidery will be sent to you for approval.

5. Once you approve the work, we get started.  You can order as little as one item to see the actual embroidered work, or go ahead and submit your complete order.  There is no minimums.

6. You receive your embroidered items usually in two weeks are less!
