In the fundraiser program, your primary goal is to earn the most money for the school. By offering a limited number of choices, backing it with a strong promotions campaign, and our support, your can raise significant monies to fund your school’s current and future projects. How does it work? In a fundraiser program, we would start by choosing a limited number of items you want to offer by meeting with you with a display of actual clothing samples and a printed catalog. Remember, your primary goal is to raise money, not to outfit your staff, so you are best to limit choices to one or two items. We will make recommendations on successful items. Next we would choose the embroidery designs. We can use your school’s current logos and artwork, or we can design fresh and innovative designs for you (either option is done at no charge to you). We would bring to you actual sewn-out samples of the designs for your approval. Again, typically you only want to offer one or two in this program. When the items and designs are finalized, we setup a date range for the campaign to run, and we are ready. What does Georgia Stitching do, and how involved will I be? We will bring in a complete display including live embroidered clothing samples that can be displayed and tired on, table(s), display materials and signs, and an order form customized for your school and program. All this will be delivered and setup for you prior to the campaign kickoff, and picked at the end of the campaign. In this program, you will be responsible for:
How much money will my school make? The fundraiser program’s primary purpose is to earn money for your school. The school retains 15% of total sales making this program the highest income earner for the school. The difference in this program and others is that the school guarantees Georgia Stitching a certain level of sales (three case minimum). It is through this guarantee and a limited number of clothing and design choices that Georgia Stitching is able to purchase and process in bulk, and pass the money savings to you. Ultimately how much you make depends of the timing of the campaign and how well you promote the campaign. The more you sell, the more you make. If actual sales are below the program guarantee, the school will be required to order the remaining number of items to meet the guaranteed minimum of items. |
