Ordering Information Order Time All of our items are embroidered just for you when your order is placed. Each order is processed on a first come, first serve basis. Since each order is a custom job, please allow up to two weeks for shipping. (We try to do it much faster when possible!) Shipping Most US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Large orders may be shipped via UPS or other carrier. International Orders International orders are handled as custom orders. Most shipping is via USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping charges are not calculated at the time of checkout. Customer will be notified via e-mail (separate from the order confirmation e-mail) of the order total included shipping charges. Orders will be processed after approval of all charges by the customer. International orders may experience additional delays due to extra handling and processing time. Sales Tax All Georgia residents are charged a 7% sales tax. All Georgia businesses are charged a 7%
sales tax if they are the end user of the product. Items purchased for
resale may be tax exempt with a valid sales tax certificate. General Polices Returns We want you satisfied with your purchase, so we offer the following
return policy:
1.) If we deliver the wrong item or
design, or if an item is defective or damaged, we will replace the item
with the correct item or provide a full refund.
2.) If we supply the correct item and
design, and you do not like it for any reason, we will offer you
a second item for half price.
For Non-Embroidered Items You may return new, unworn/unwashed items for a full refund. If you have a defective item, return it to us and we will replace it free of charge. Logos/Artwork/Content If you provide Georgia Stitching with logos, artwork, or other content to use in the creation of products, you represent and warrant that you have the lawful right to reproduce and distribute such logos, artwork, or other content and that the item(s) supplied comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and ordinances. You grant to Georgia Stitching a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, non-exclusive, right and license to use such items, in all media existing now or created in the future, as Georgia Stitching deems necessary. Georgia Stitching may sublicense the rights that you grant to a third party subcontractor only for purpose of producing and delivering products in connection with your ordered products. By providing logos, artwork, and/or other content to Georgia Stitching you represent and warrant that you possess the absolute, unlimited and legal right to use these items for the purposes intended. Intellectual Property Rights
Georgia Stitching provides customized
apparel, gear, websites, and other items for individuals, schools, businesses, and
other organizations. We encourage you to contact us if you believe
that one of the customized products we create somehow infringes on
someone’s intellectual property rights. If you contact us regarding any
potential infringement, Georgia Stitching will investigate and, at our
discretion, make a decision whether to continue producing the product in
question. 1.) An electronic or physical

Spiritwear/Company Web Sites In addition to the policies stated above, the below policies apply to school spiritwear or other company websites designed, owned, and operated by Georgia Stitching: 1.) Georgia Stitching does not seek to have an exclusive relationship with your organization for the sale of products similar to those on your school spiritwear site. The school(s) or orgnaization(s) represented is free to use any other vendors to purchase products similar or identical to those offered on the Georgia Stitching operated website.
